Once a coaching package or product is purchased, it is non-transferable. Refunds are provided only within 14 days of purchase and require a minimum of 30 days of active engagement with our program before the refund can be processed.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and proprietary coaching methodologies, remains the exclusive property of Globalvra Lawn Atelier. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimers

Our lawn coaching services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for exceptional results, Globalvra Lawn Atelier does not guarantee specific lawn outcomes due to environmental variables beyond our control. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our recommendations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Globalvra Lawn Atelier and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve months preceding your claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County.
